Tyler Henry: Brain Surgery Update

Tyler Henry, the well-known Hollywood psychic, has shared an update with his fans regarding his health after undergoing his second brain surgery this year, and his third overall. The 29-year-old, famous for his appearances on “Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry” and “Life and Death with Tyler Henry,” had a recurring cyst removed last month.

On Saturday, Henry conveyed positive news about his recovery.

“Hi, everyone. Breaking news! I am healing well,” he announced, before clarifying the situation. “I just wanted to clarify. YES, I did have another brain surgery, but they were finally able to remove the cyst that has lived with me since I was born. Talk about an unwanted roommate… now evicted.”

He expressed optimism about his future health. “Prognosis is great, but the recovery demands a lot of rest and no work for a bit so I’m rescheduling pretty much every event leading up ’till February. Can’t wait to be back and better than ever.”

Henry further shared how this health issue had impacted him, stating, “This has been a weight on me for a long time and it’s amazing to finally be free of it. Love to you all and happy holidays!”

This update follows an earlier announcement from his husband, Clint Godwin, who revealed that Henry was recovering well after the delicate operation to remove the cyst.

“As you might remember, my husband, Tyler Henry, underwent surgery in May 2025 to remove a cyst growing in his brain. However, over the past month, symptoms of swelling slowly returned,” Godwin explained to fans.

“Tyler’s medical team decided that another surgery to address the recurring cyst and swelling was the best option. Today Tyler underwent his third brain operation and is recovering well tonight,” he added.

Godwin also expressed gratitude for the support they had received. “A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has taken a moment to think of Tyler and our family over the past couple days.”

In the caption accompanying the post, Godwin wrote, “@tylerhenrymedium and I are so thankful for all the support shown to us over the last couple days. We feel so loved by so many. They say the third time is a charm!”

Tyler Henry’s Rise to Fame

Henry gained widespread recognition through his reality series, “Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry,” where he provides readings to celebrities. He also stars in “Life and Death with Tyler Henry,” which explores his journey as he offers clarity and closure to individuals while also delving into his own family history.

However, his appearances on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” significantly boosted his fame. He has given readings to various family members, including Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner.

  • Kris Jenner: Henry surprised Jenner by mentioning a vision issue she had kept private.

He also connected with Jenner’s late ex-husband, Robert Kardashian.

  • Khloe Kardashian: Henry cautioned Khloe about potential challenges in her relationship with Tristan Thompson due to the long-distance nature of their connection. The couple eventually separated in 2021 amidst infidelity allegations.

  • Kylie Jenner: Henry offered Jenner insights into her love life, referencing a past relationship.

Jenner acknowledged, “I think I know who you’re talking about.”

Personal Life

Henry’s personal life also intertwines with his psychic abilities. He met his husband, Clint Godwin, a painter and stained-glass artist, during a reading in 2016. The couple married on May 7 of this year and reside in Los Angeles’ Topanga Canyon with their two dogs, Nanci and Quigley, and a bird named Cheeks.

Just a week after their wedding, on May 14, Henry underwent his second brain surgery. Following the procedure, he shared an update with his followers, writing, “Brain surgery was a success! Great prognosis, incredible staff, and I feel so thankful to be surrounded by my family. I’ll be on bedrest for a month and look forward to getting back to doing readings.”

At that time, Henry also revealed that he had a ‘colloid tumor near the center of my brain. Thankfully most of it has been removed!’
